Role Description
- Account Management
- Assists the Senior Manager or the Director/ Business Unit Head in discussing research needs and study objectives of clients.
- Directly coordinates details of the proposal with clients
- Follows-up with clients on the approval of the project proposal.
- Keeps clients updated on status of projects.
Role Requirements
- College degree in any of the following – Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or any related discipline.
- Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.
- Good networking skills and service orientation.
- Innovative, adaptable and flexible.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.
- Good presentation skills
- A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details
