About the job
As a PowerBI Specialist at Kantar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and effectiveness of our global consumer panels, impacting operational and commercial decisions for leading brands. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and refine dashboards and reports that monitor performance and data integrity across more than 50 panels in over 40 countries!
You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of analysts, engineers, and developers, ensuring that the insights you generate drive real value. By identifying patterns, detecting anomalies, and surfacing actionable insights, you will help maintain the highest data standards, supporting both technical and business stakeholders and contributing significantly to Kantar’s success!
Job Goals
Design comprehensive PowerBI dashboards and key performance indicators to enhance the monitoring of global consumer panels.
Develop robust reporting solutions that assess panellist quality and swiftly detect data anomalies across multiple markets.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure continuous data integrity and availability for reporting and analysis.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks to boost team efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Analyse historical data to identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Create insightful reports that highlight patterns by market, time period, and customer segment to inform decision-making.
Present clear findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Ideal Skills & Capabilities
Expertise in designing and building Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, including handling large and complex datasets
Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, supporting data integrity and availability
Strong track record in automating reporting tasks and delivering end-to-end analytics solutions, using tools such as Git and Kafka
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR), ensuring high data quality and reliability
Proven ability to thrive in Agile, fast-paced environments, ideally with experience in industries driven by large consumer marketplaces (such as programmatic media, travel, or financial services)
