KANTAR is looking for an ANALISTA DE PESQUISA DE MERCADO PLENO
Main Responsibilities
- Direct responsibility for the design, implementation and delivery of client projects;
- Responsible for qualifying and designing research projects
- Manage internal relationships to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
- Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout each project
- Develop presentations that address research objectives and provide actionable insights
- Actively reviews internal processes and suggests/implements improvements
- Manages Resources and plans projects to ensure on time and effective delivery across all client deliverables
- Provides constructive feedback and support to other team members to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met to a high standard and in agreed timelines
- Translate insights into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better marketing decisions
- Provide advice and assistance to other team members to ensure impactful insights and recommendations are delivered across all projects
What you ´ll need
- Fluency in English required, Spanish is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business Administration o Demonstrated ability of working in the Market research industry and applying market research skills
- Account Management skills and time flexibility
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Business agility to get things done, ability to influence and make things happen
- Ability to relate research data to client business issues and make recommendations
- Desired experience with key principles of advertising planning, buying, and strategy to research
- Desired understanding of media ecosystems - relationships between creative agency, buying agency and publishers and clients
- Desired experience managing multiple projects delivered to tight deadlines
