Role's Mission

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end panel-based research projects. This rolinvolves coordinating fieldwork execution, managing recruitment efforts, coordinating with internal groups and outside suppliers, and ensuring high-quality data collection and Panelist engagement. The ide al candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in panel or market research operations, and a collaborative mindset to drive the successful execution of studies on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Partner Engagement

  • Identify potential fieldwork or recruitment partners and negotiate costs and pricing for projects.
  • Source and prioritize resources internally and externally to complete fieldwork efficiently.
  • Engage and manage external agencies for recruitment and data collection as needed.
  • Schedule kick-off and ongoing project meetings to align teams on timelines, roles, and study specifications.

Fieldwork Management & Quality Control

  • Supervise the execution of fieldwork and be responsible for the timely distribution of incentives to Panelists.
  • Monitor field progress, track data quality, and ensure that quota requirements are met.
  • Conduct quality control checks and perform accompanied panel visits when necessary.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the project run according to agreed timelines, specifications, and budgets.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Effectively manage a supporting team of Panel Management Executives
  • Maintain regular engagement with the support team and external interviewers to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Communicate key updates, project status, and risks to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Address and resolve queries from client service and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare status reports and dashboards tracking field progress, Panelist collaboration, and project sustainability.
  • Ensure all project documentation, timelines, and communications are up to date and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and implement process improvements where possible.

Support & Development

  • Attend and contribute to internal training sessions focused on project execution and market research best practices.
  • Support senior managers and cross-functional teams with project-related needs or initiatives.
  • Take ownership of delegated tasks and follow through with high levels of accountability.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve business outcomes and team performance.

Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, market research, or panel operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and social skills to work with diverse teams and external vendors.
  • Analytical mentality with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); research or panel management software knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
