Why this job is important

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing/Customer Analytics guide to be responsible for engagement with Omni-channel product analytics team of a key retail client. In this role, candidate is expected to work with cross-functional partners such as data engineering, product management and other data scientist to create business intelligence and marketing / digital analytics solutions. Experience in Business Analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, data visualization skills are needed to be successful. The ideal candidate should be an independent solution oriented performer with excellent, executive level communication.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Site Operations and dotcom product leaders to influence marketing strategy and address complex problems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret web analytics data  from various platforms to derive actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise the integration of web analytics data into monthly reports and track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Design test-and-learn strategies for A/B and multivariate/statistical tests across ecommerce channels to identify impact and iteratively improve performance web experience, omni channel engagement and conversion rates
  • Design and build a measurement plan to demonstrate the impact of CRM/digital experiences
  • Recommend the appropriate methodologies to test and measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics and ensure standardization of measurement methods.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital product team to develop personalized marketing strategies to drive omni channel engagement.

The skills & experience needed

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience delivering marketing / customer / digital analytics solutions preferably in retail / ecommerce or any customer centric businesses.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and cloud platforms (Azure Data bricks , GCP)
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Omniture, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI, for creating compelling data visualizations. Looker experience would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar) would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior across different digital channels (desktop, mWEB, App) to drive comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Understanding Data warehousing and BI Architecture for dynamic and real-time updates of dashboards
  • Shown ability to work with cross functional team and global delivery model.

The salary range for this role in Arkansas is $84,000-140,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
