We have a role for a PanelVoice Strategic Insight Director to play a crucial role in shaping the teams, and wider Advanced Analytics, future. This role would be ideal for someone with strong team and people management skills, an openness to challenge and someone who enjoys looking for new and innovative ways to grow commercially.

What you need to know about this job

You will be expected to be a champion of all things PanelVoice (and wider Advanced Analytics solutions). You will be someone who enjoys the challenge of working across multiple categories, clients and questions, driven by curiosity and a keenness to explore the central question to get to the best outcome for both us and the client. You will be able to use your network and team to best effect to achieve goals and learning this year.

One of our biggest goals in 2025 will be to ensure a simple, consistent PanelVoice message to both clients and client service. PanelVoice is a beautifully simple solution at heart - we answer our client’s biggest questions by combining real behaviour with shopper decisions/attitudes - and therefore the successful applicant should have an ability to pitch and flex this with impact.

There is a need to continue improving and innovating within the PanelVoice offer to make the solutions even more client-centric and optimise for future growth. Given the unique position in the UK, where we include our receipt-based panel Shoppix in the panel suite, there is a lot of scope to work with the team to evaluate and explore methodologies or panels will help drive future growth. Demonstrating skills including an openness to feedback, an interest in continuous improvement and challenging the status quo would be an advantage in this role.

You will also become an important part of the PanelVoice Management Team, influencing the future direction of the business unit. PanelVoice is strategically important to the success of Advanced Analytics and is well set up at Global level, creating some interesting workstreams, questions and challenges both in product and team development. The role currently has 5-line reports (4 direct and one indirect) and therefore current team/people management skills and experience would be an advantage.

Practical skills around survey-writing and leading PanelVoice projects is something that can be taught as you join the team so should not be a barrier to applying if you are concerned about this.
