Senior research executive profile
Role: a person responsible for handling independently projects of varying complexity, coordinating efforts with the client owner, to ensure that clients’ needs are understood and met. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure business success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management on a project basis: Actively interact with clients to understand their needs, priorities, and goals. Establish a clear understanding of the client's brief, prepare a consistent project proposal and, once the project is commissioned, organize time and resources to meet these needs efficiently.
- Commercial predisposition: collaborating with the team to achieve commercial objectives at project level.
- Team management on a project basis: secure that executive resources working on the project work seamlessly to meet the goals of the project, everyone contributing with their set of skills and being coached
- Collaboration: Build collaborative and effective relationships with other domains and business units, teams, and functions. Develop and support the skills/knowledge of others by providing actionable feedback and guiding accountability.
Required Skills:
- Research Skills: In-depth knowledge of the research industry and research skills in the field of Innovation and beyond – open to learn and stretch into Strategy, Shopper and Customer experience solutions. Ability to interpret data in a way that is actionable for clients, and to build an enticing story telling that sets us as consultants vs data providers.
- Technical Skills: Perform statistical data analysis using software (SPSS) and Excel independently.
- Project Skills: Manage proposals independently (from research design, quotation, presentation).
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to build collaborative and effective relationships with other teams, functions, and domains.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. Fluent in English
