About the job

As Domain Lead for Media you will be responsible for defining the sub domain strategy, driving commercial growth, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable impact. This is a commercial role where you will approach, lead and inspire our clients with this core subdomain expertise, while also playing a visible role in influencing colleagues and piers to represent this offer and sub domain.

Job Goals

  • Drive year-on-year revenue and profit growth for the sub domain, aligned with country and global ambitions.
  • Inspire and coach piers and colleagues to grow their expertise, confidence and client impact.
  • Champion client centricity and ensure our solutions deliver measurable ROI across brand and campaign journeys.
  • Lead change by embedding new ways of working, leveraging automation and tech to increase value creation.
  • Partner with the business development and global solution teams to ensure relevance and innovation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior clients, challenging and guiding them to make bold, insight-led decisions.
  • Whilst building and scaling the media offer you will also be responsible for a number of clients that you will lead as a client service director.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing business offer.
  • Deep understanding of media modelling
  • Client leadership
  • Skilled in influencing others to apply tools and methodologies effectively and with confidence.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in complex environments.
  • Naturally curious, with strong commercial skills and the ability to challenge constructively at senior levels.
