Why this job is important

As a Job Accounting Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and job accounting processes across Kantar Business Services (KBS). Your work will directly impact financial compliance and strategic decision-making, supporting our mission to deliver trusted insights to clients worldwide.

What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee end-to-end job accounting processes across KBS and BPO teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Project Managers to ensure compliance with revenue recognition requirements.
  • Manage job closure processes and analyse journal entries for accuracy.
  • Support IFRS 15 compliance and handle non-standard job accounting.
  • Provide documentation for audits and participate in finance projects, including process improvements and M&A activities.

The ideal skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cost allocator and cost tracker jobs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
