About this role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Project Coordinator in our Profiles division, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality online research projects for leading brands. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to deliver results that shape the future.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing online research projects / Infield Project Management
- Sampling for online surveys (MS Excel, Inhouse Sampling software)
- Managing/Planning for job completion of all online surveys including quota management
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure delivery of client specifications
- Maintain/Organise records (soft copy)
- Maintaining research & quality requirements.
- Assist in delivery of members incentives (printing and packing envelopes for bulk mailout)
The ideal skills & experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Excel and data management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining research quality and compliance standards.
