Lead a big team of researchers to provide research professionalism and client service on research projects. Maintain and develop clients and business to achieve assigned target
Collect brief from client independently
Write professional and winning research proposals
Provide advanced statistical analysis (for Quantitative Research only)
Write professional and value-added summary and recommendations
Deliver presentation of findings to client in English
Provide guidance and instruction to Project Manager and Research Executive
Chair projects for most of branded solutions independently
Demonstrate efficient and effective project management to ensure timely delivery at high quality standard
Control and save FLD costs
Advise on improvement of Operations productivity
Identify new potential clients and business opportunities
Build long term winning relationship with clients
Maintain expected profit margin
Build and maintain a strong and happy research team by effective people management
Provide coaching and training to all researchers if necessary
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
5-8 years experience in market research or related function in either agency side or client side
Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
Excellent in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation skills
Sound knowledge and solid hands-on experience of diverse market research technology and be able to apply to marketing / business strategy recommendation
Be able to think logically and insightfully
Advanced analytical skills and be able to make value-added recommendations
Strong business development skills and account management skills
Strong people management skills and flexible in leadership types
A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges
