Your role will help to deliver our mission to inspire and challenge with outstanding insights. We are looking for a confident, engaging and dedicated individual to join our growing team and to manage a leading and progressive account in the Drinks sector. This will help to deliver our mission to inspire and challenge our clients with outstanding insights, shaping the future Drinks market.

Through leading our relationship with world-class brand Britvic, (across a portfolio of exciting brands including Britvic, Pepsi, Tango, Robinsons and Lipton) you'll be a key part of the Drinks senior management team. Contributing directly to our service offering as part of our 5-year growth strategy, building our culture and presence, achieving our commercial targets and enhancing planning processes.

Building positive relationships will be fundamental in this role in order to get both clients and the client service team on board with the growth strategy. You’ll also be responsible for line managing junior team members, ensuring they are achieving their commercial objectives, whilst continually developing their analytical and client leadership skills.

The role is truly unique in our business, providing opportunities to integrate insights derived from multiple sources. This includes Kantar’s core purchase panel, usage, out of home and even Alcovision services; providing real growth and development potential as a result.

We have a strong reputation for delivering actionable insights in a clear and impactful way to our clients. Part of your role will involve developing the insight capabilities of junior members of the team and improving results, both of which are key elements to ensuring 100% client retention and future contracted revenue growth.
 

The Role

  • Clients: Act as the senior contact on the Britvic account – setting an example to the team by strengthening client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base.
  • Insight: Producing and communicating high quality insight. Deliver best in class presentations to senior audiences integrating Purchase, Out of Home and Alcovision usage data combined with market knowledge to drive true consumer insight.
  • Team: Managing a Client Executive, developing their analytical and client service skills, involving and engaging them with the wider Drinks & Out of Home team. You will also be required to use your experience to coach/mentor other junior team members, playing a pivotal role in reinforcing the strong culture within the broader team
  • Revenue: Responsibility for driving growth across a key strategic account. Proactive revenue planning will be a core element in ensuring you meet and exceed the ambitious targets we are striving for.
  • Service development: Contributing ideas for improving our service and proactively leading initiatives that will enable us to hit the landmarks in our growth plan, communicating with key internal collaborators and clients as necessary.
     

Person Specification

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, strategically combine data sources and support others in doing so.
  • Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, encouraging trust and confidence.
  • Commercially strong and able to spot sales opportunities and convert them
  • Some line management experience and a desire to support individuals’ development and wellbeing with the ability to manage team workloads and anticipate client demands.
  • Confident and experienced presenter who is able to present to large groups of people.
  • Good attention to detail, strong organisation and time leadership skills.
