Why this job is important

The purpose of this job is to enhance the value and quality of connected data solutions that we provide to our clients. As a Data Solutions Specialist, you will apply your technical skills and analytical thinking to design and implement data workflows, manage client expectations and deliverables, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our data delivery processes and standards, meeting the highest level of accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. This job is ideal for someone who is passionate about data innovation, enjoys working in a diverse team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Solve data design problems collaboratively, constantly seeking out process improvements, and ensuring data workflows are accurately implemented while working with the team to identify/ minimize risks.
  • Work with internal and external partners / teams to ensure services and deliverables meet comprehensive specifications, are accurate and of high quality, and are delivered on time.
  • Create and maintain project plans and production schedules to monitor and track progress and to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Design and deliver on expectations for data integrations products across various types of publishers and third-party data providers.
  • Support development of self-service query tools to fulfill on data deliveries.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including onshore and offshore Operations and suppliers, while building creditability and rapport.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and finance to facilitate Connected Data metrics and revenue reporting.
  • Understand global privacy laws and security and compliance requirements / processes around data management and information technology.

The skills & experience needed as a Data Solutions Specialist

  • Experience in project management and data analysis with experience in managing tailored and ad-hoc projects.
  • Experience in data management, market research, first party data collection through panelist surveys or other partnerships, media and advertising, or adjacent sectors is ideal.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and data analysis / workflow design skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff and external vendors including exceptional interpersonal skills as a team player and collaborator.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in data and database management including experience handling, analyzing and validating. SQL or other programming skills a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Lucid Chart, EmEditor, Aha!, CRM Tools (Sales Force/Sugar) and other data tools.
  • Curious and proactive in exploring avenues to challenge the status quo to build new ways of working. Design innovative approaches to drive more effective & efficient delivery.
  • Strong teamwork ethic with an ability to complete tasks independently and proactively.

The annual salary range for this role in USA (remote working) is $75,000 – $105,000. Your final base salary will be settled based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
