Job Goals
- Lead design excellence for our digital products, pioneering intuitive and impactful user experiences for dashboards and analytics tools that set new industry standards.
- Shape and evolve our design system—ensuring harmony, scalability, and innovation across all platforms while making your mark on our visual identity.
- Transform user insights into actionable solutions by championing user research, running usability testing, and driving continuous design improvements that delight users.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities
- Expertise in UI/UX design for digital products, especially dashboards or analytics tools—show us how you’ve turned complex data into elegant, intuitive experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (or an equivalent design platform) with a passion for building and evolving scalable design systems that drive consistency and innovation across products.
- Strong grasp of user research and usability testing, with the ability to transform real user insights into actionable, high-impact design solutions.
- Collaborative mindset—comfortable working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life, from wireframe to launch.
- A keen eye for visual design fundamentals—typography, color, layout—and a drive to balance stunning aesthetics with seamless functionality to set new standards in user delight.
