We are seeking a Senior Global Content Marketing and Creative Manager to cover parental leave. In this role, you will lead global content creation and distribution across multiple channels, strengthen the company’s digital presence, coordinate product and go-to-market assets, and oversee branding and creative across the division.
 

Role Description:
 

Content, Website, and Social Media:

  • Manage Worldpanel’s presence on the corporate website (e.g., posting news, creating and updating landing pages, banners).
  • Oversee the global content pipeline, coordinating translations, editing, and leading weekly editorial calls.
  • Enhance the company’s digital footprint on LinkedIn, acting as the cross-Worldpanel champion for guidelines, licenses, and permissions.
  • Support the implementation of new social media architecture, SEO improvements, paid digital campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate global PR efforts and adapt strategies locally in collaboration with group teams and divisions.
  • Develop and implement global campaigns across all channels (social media, website, email marketing, and events) to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Ensure all global assets are finalised, accessible and, where needed, translated or localised in collaboration with regional marketing leaders and vendors.
  • Lead marketing efforts for Africa and the Middle East, ensuring their website, emails, and presentations are created, updated, promoted across channels, and aligned with strategy. Attend leadership meetings as part of this responsibility.
  • Support global Media and Tech teams with content creation and promotion, including thought leadership pieces, go-to-market assets, campaigns, events, and PR releases.
     

Webinars:

  • Act as the cross-Worldpanel webinar lead, training teams and speakers, and managing webinars via ON24.
     

Critical Metrics and Marketing Automation:

  • Create external emails and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee the fortnightly newsletter and LinkedIn newsletter.
  • Track and report monthly marketing performance metrics, including Google Analytics, Turtl, LinkedIn, and media coverage.
  • Analyse campaign performance using important metrics and refine strategies for optimisation.
     

Creative:

  • Lead design and creative efforts for thought leadership, product launches, go-to-market assets, pitches, and events, acting as a brand guardian for Worldpanel.
  • Master brand guidelines and utilise tools such as Turtl, Canvas, and DSM8.
  • Manage and brief external graphic designers to fulfil creative needs, including visual identities, PowerPoint presentations, webinars, events, social media visuals, videos, and infographics.
  • Support video creation, including scripting, subtitles, translations, and editing.
  • Ensure all final assets are available and accessible to teams.
     

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to marketing projects outlined in the annual plan.
  • Support the global marketing community, assisting with local promotion efforts, answering queries, and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal communications teams to ensure relevant news is published on the intranet and included in internal newsletters.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as budgeting, billing and purchase orders.
     

Role Requirements and Capabilities:
 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, account management, and graphic design, ideally within FMCG, related industries, or marketing agencies.
  • Strong background in revenue and digital marketing, with a focus on measurable results and showcasing Worldpanel’s offerings to clients and prospects.
  • Experience in planning and implementing digital campaigns across platforms such as Pardot, LinkedIn, ON24, Turtl, Google, Loomly, Canvas, and DSM8.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, ideally at a native level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Flexibility and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams, vendors (including PR and copywriting agencies, translators, video editors, HTML suppliers, and graphic designers), partners, and global management, supported by one direct report and a network of external providers.
  • Effective collaboration skills with cross-cultural, cross-functional, and highly engaged collaborators at global, regional, and local levels, including commercial leadership.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and providing accurate briefings.
  • Strategic approach, combining a focus on business growth with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to achieve results.
  • Proficiency across the full marketing mix to drive demand, generate revenue, and build brand value.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation with excellent communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to task completion.
