As a Senior Client Executive, you will play a crucial role in independently managing projects of varying complexity. Your efforts will ensure that clients' needs are understood and met, contributing to business success and client happiness. This role is vital in maintaining strong client relationships and driving commercial objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Actively interact with clients to understand their needs, priorities, and goals.
- Prepare consistent project proposals and coordinate time and resources to meet client needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve commercial objectives at the project level.
- Ensure executive resources work seamlessly to meet project goals, providing mentorship and actionable feedback.
- Build collaborative and effective relationships with other domains, business units, teams, and functions.
The ideal skills & experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the research industry, particularly in Innovation, Strategy, Shopper, and Customer experience solutions.
- Ability to interpret data and build compelling storytelling that positions us as consultants rather than data providers.
- Proficiency in performing statistical data analysis using software (SPSS) and Excel independently.
- Experience in handling proposals independently, from research design to presentation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. Proficient in English.
