Kantar is looking for a talented and detail-oriented MI/BI Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and evolving a suite of dashboards and reports that monitor the quality and performance of over 50 consumer panels across 40+ countries.

These panels are made up of opted-in, fully consented individuals who participate in online surveys. Your work will help ensure that the data we collect is of the highest quality—by identifying patterns, detecting fraud, and surfacing insights that drive operational and commercial decisions.

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to work closely with Operational, Commercial, and Data Science leaders. You’ll collaborate with a team of analysts, engineers, and developers to deliver reporting solutions that are scalable, insightful, and business-critical.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and visual analytics using Power BI
  • Build reporting solutions that assess panellist quality and detect anomalies
  • Work with data engineers to ensure data availability and integrity
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency
  • Analyse historical data to uncover trends and actionable insights
  • Create reports that highlight patterns across markets, time, and customer segments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in MI/BI roles within operational or service delivery environments
  • Strong Power BI and SQL skills; experience with large, complex datasets
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Proven ability to build reporting from scratch and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • A curious mindset and passion for data, analytics, and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced project environments
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
  • Experience in industries with large consumer marketplaces (e.g., programmatic media, travel, financial services) is a plus

Our Tech Stack

  • AWS
  • Redshift
  • Postgres
  • DBT
  • Power BI

Note: While our current environment is AWS, we are transitioning to Azure for new development.

Why Join Us?

At Kantar, you’ll be part of a global leader in data, insights, and consulting. You’ll work on meaningful challenges, contribute to cutting-edge solutions, and help shape the future of market research. We offer a collaborative environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a real impact.
