Managing Director – Sweden

As the Managing Director at the forefront of shaping the future of Kantar's business in Sweden, you'll leverage your leadership skills to build upon our commitment to excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Business Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Kantar’s Global objectives to drive growth and market leadership in Sweden.
  • Identify and capitalise on market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges.

Commercial Leadership and Innovation:

  • Provide proven commercial leadership to drive revenue growth and profitability, utilising market insights and client relationships.
  • Explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance commercial success and market positioning.

Client Relationship Management and Satisfaction:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality research solutions.
  • Explore opportunities for expanding the client base and increasing overall client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence and Service Delivery:

  • Provide effective leadership to the local team, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to global standards, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, guaranteeing excellence in all aspects of service provision.

Financial Performance and P&L Management:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget for Kantar Insights Sweden, monitoring financial performance against targets.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to optimise profitability while upholding Kantar's commitment to excellence.

Market Expansion and Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, strategic partnerships, and market penetration within Sweden.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
