
Worldpanel services in the South Africa is mainly used by the brand marketing teams in our client (FMCG) organizations. While consumer panel data is very powerful in helping clients take informed decisions in brand marketing areas, it can be equally powerful in supporting the shopper/trade marketing teams of our clients to elevate their performance and strengthen their relationship with their customers (retailers). We would like to support our clients grow their business by helping them use panel data to take more informed decisions in the shopper space. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and advising on analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Running projects at pace across our solutions, applying effective project management approaches and methodologies and providing hands on support and/or task assignment to client service team members
- Helping to shape project requirements, asking clarifying questions and challenging assumptions to reach the best solutions
- Explaining and adjusting existing headline solution processes as appropriate
