As an Internal Communications Executive, you will join the Global Communications team of the Worldpanel Division and play a meaningful role in executing the communications calendar for 2025. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the drafting, review, and translation of essential communications for nearly 4000 individuals across the entire business. You will also run the employee internal platforms (the Source and Viva Engage), developing engagement content by creating new sections, pages, and materials to help our teams work better, simpler and faster. This is a pivotal, creative, and dynamic role where you will collaborate with key partners within the company to foster a positive and engaging work environment, while also be part of the exciting journey as we merger with Numerator. What you’ll be doing:

  • Content creation, Design and Editing: Assist in designing presentations, editing videos, and formatting global communications.
  • Employee Platforms Management: Oversee Worldpanel's intranet (The Source) and the internal social media platform (Viva Engage) including content creation, material uploads, and site analytics.
  • Translation Coordination: Coordinate translations in over four languages for all-employee communications, collaborating with external suppliers.
  • Monthly newsletter: Curate content and craft stories for the monthly divisional newsletter distributed globally.
  • Webinar and Town Hall Support: Provide assistance in producing internal global webinars and employee town halls.
  • Impact monitoring: Monthly tracking of Internal Communications Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like opens, clicks and sites pageviews.
  • Support in multiple comms assets (e.g. key talking points, FAQs, comms templates, etc) to support the transition of our teams from Worldpanel's existing channels and systems to Numerator platforms.

Key Capabilities:

  • Degree in Journalism or media preferred, but not mandatory, with strong passion for communication.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting clear, compelling, and engaging messages that resonate with a global audience.
  • Project Management: Efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines is vital for implementing and delivering communication initiatives agreed upon in the 2024 calendar.
  • English Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to assist in writing global communications and liaise with global internal partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking is a plus to align internal communications with the overall business strategy and the company's vision (our Spark).
