We are looking for a candidate to join the Mondelēz account team in Europanel. Europanel, through its partnership with Yougov and Kantar Worldpanel, is the leader in consumer panel research, solving client questions in more than 50 countries around the world. You will...

  • Lead or support a variety of multi-country projects from brief stage to successful delivery, being the first point of contact for the client, and responsible for the overall success of the project
  • Build strong working relationships with client contacts, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions
  • Support the development and delivery of high profile, multi-country insights
  • Create high functioning relationships with EP colleagues and local Kantar & Yougov teams
  • Develop opportunities to grow revenue, with a focus on widening our network and increasing the contribution of EP services
  • Collaborate with and motivate other team members, share knowledge, and support each other, encourage a culture of learning
     

You have...

  • Knowledge in quantitative research, ideally an understanding of Consumer Panel data
  • A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities, proposal writing, and delivering against commercial targets
  • First experience delivering insight-based consultative projects with the ability to present complex data clearly and incisively
  • A confident, compelling and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contacts
  • A collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures

  • Dedicated, taking ownership of tasks, working independently, creatively and resourcefully
  • Able to handle multiple requests and make decisions about who and what to prioritise
  • A team player with experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners
  • Willing to step out of your comfort zone
  • Comfortable building virtual networks/relationships and working in virtual teams
