Key Responsibilities

  • Independently complete the foundational work for research projects and provide effective support.
  • Under the guidance of the manager, complete questionnaire or outline design for regular projects.
  • Listen to focus groups/in-depth interviews, provide content analysis, and develop reports based on the interview content.
  • Follow up on projects and assume project responsibilities.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients, responding promptly to their questions and tasks.
  • Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English with colleagues and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, including but not limited to sociology, psychology, or marketing, with excellent academic performance.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of markets and market research.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Adapt to/accept frequent travel and the lifestyle.
  • Good at/enjoy communicating with others, and good at/enjoy finding insights and analyzing problems through interpersonal interactions.
  • Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Good at/enjoy adapting to and learning new things, topics, and research content.
