The Head of Analytics is responsible for the technical production of modelling projects for the Analytics teams in Greece and the CSE region (Central & South Europe countries).

The primary mission is to ensure preparation and delivery of analyses including Structural Equation Modeling, Marketing Mix Modelling as well as other advanced analytics. In detail, this mission translates into :

  • ensuring the quality of models
  • ensuring the quality of the data
  • ensuring that project constraints are respected (first and foremost timing and investment)
  • making proposals on the technical approaches to be implemented
  • structuring and optimising the production processes in place
  • participating in meetings with internal and external clients, taking briefs and preparing analytics proposals
  • delivering analytics / model results to clients

Working closely with the regional teams of modelling experts, the Head of Analytics will actively participate in the reflection and identification of the most relevant scientific solutions to be implemented and will ensure their production (algorithms, modelling, etc.)

With 5+ years of experience in the production of modelling projects, the Head of Analytics must be able to demonstrate knowledge of ROI approaches as well as a thorough knowledge of various types of analysis, programming languages and data types (not exhaustive list):

  • Types of analysis: econometric modelling, multivariate regressions, factor analysis, structural equations, AI/Machine learning analysis...
  • Types of software/programming languages: Interstat, SAS, SPSS, R, Python...
  • Types of data: consumer panel data, media investment data, tracker data, distribution data, sales/promotion data, trade density data, social & search data etc...

The Head of Analytics will work effectively with internal project teams, answer technical and methodological queries from regional experts and may be required to participate in the design and delivery of internal training sessions. He/she will be part of the global Kantar analytics ecosystem, nurtured by experts at local, regional, EMEA and global levels, including the Hubs. He/she will also be responsible for leading the Analytics Delivery Team and ensuring the development of their skills.

An in-depth knowledge of certain key sectors will be considered a plus (Retail, F&B, Services...) to carry out projects efficiently.
