The position available will be cross functional and working with legacy Kantar Media products like Index Danmark/Gallup (TGI), Gallup Adfacts and large client accounts delivering customized research.
Job Details
The Client Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients and stakeholders regarding the content and operation of Index Danmark/Gallup and Gallup Adfacts, preparing offers and running analyses, and managing customized projects in collaboration with the team. The Client Manager will report to the Senior Client Director.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordination with customers and other stakeholders regarding the content and operation of Index Danmark/Gallup
Preparation of offers and reportings in Gallup Adfacts
Offering and preparing project proposals for custom analyses
Project management in collaboration with the rest of the team
Quality assurance of the content in Index Danmark/Gallup
Follow-up on KPIs for Index Danmark/Gallup
Project coordination, including initiation and follow-up on projects
Ensuring quality in interview execution, data processing, and invoicing
Preparation of questionnaires, checking scripts and quotas
Managing recruitment for qualitative projects
Preparation of reports and presentations in collaboration with seniors.

Qualifications & Knowledge
Essential
Project management and client interaction experience in market research
Experience with building questionnaires and testing content/flow
Validating data outputs, delivering reports and presenting results
Building offers for clients and managing client relationships
Desirable
Prior experience with Index Danmark/Gallup - GallupPc
Prior experience with Gallup Adfacts
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in Danish language
Research/ Insights or media background
