We are looking for a candidate to join our Client Success team for international FMCG clients.

EuroPanel, through its partnership with You Gov and Kantar Worldpanel, is the leader in consumer panel research solving client questions in more than 50 countries around the world.

You will be part of the Health & Beauty team working across a portfolio of existing clients with a view to developing more commercial opportunities. It is an exciting time for us as we grow with both new and existing clients, continue to expand the team and have ambitions to grow even more.
 

You will...

• Create and maintain strong relationships with all main client decision makers/budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions with strong influence on client thinking
• Maintain a dialogue with key client collaborators about their ongoing hot topics, business priorities, proactively finding opportunities
• Open up conversations with new stakeholders to expand our contact network. Depending on location, setting up client onsite visits could be a consideration
• Create high functioning relationships with EP colleagues, senior partners, and local Kantar & YouGov teams
• Oversee the delivery of major EP projects across a portfolio of clients, making sure we deliver high profile and multi-country insights connected to the client strategy
• Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on increasing the contribution of EP products and services
   

You have...

• Profound knowledge in quantitative research, ideally understanding of Consumer Panel data
• A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities – proactive project-mining, and proposal writing
• Experience delivering against commercial targets and act proactively in pursuit of opportunities.
• The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contacts
• A confident, compelling and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant
• A collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures
