The SDR will be responsible foridentifying and generating sales opportunities through pro-active outreach activities. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box,is hungry and a self-starter. We are looking for someone whois keen to identify a company’s needs and is able to tailor outreach to specific prospects as a result. The candidate must also be highly self-motivated and has a desire to succeed and create awareness for Kantar and its countless amazing offers.
Responsibilities Reporting into the German CCO, you’llbe responsible for the following:
Generate new business opportunities through various outbound prospecting channels(calling, emailing, contacting via linked in, at events etc.)
Profile potential clientsidentifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
Take ownership of their pre-defined hunting list, developing strong prospect pipeline through entrepreneurial, disruptive and innovative behaviours
Establishing needs of clients and breaking through with articulate and engaging material
Set up pre-defined number of discovery calls for our Business Development Directors (BD)
Works closely with the BD team to maximise win rates in line with commercial best practice
Work closely with the Marketing team designing invitations to events, follow up templates and go to market strategies
Follow-up on inbound marketing leads (e.g. from Webinars, Masterclasses) and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
Develops strong relationships and collaborates meaningfully across Kantar, relevant to their objectives and priorities
