
The Worldpanel global commercial team are recruiting for a new team member who will be tasked with winning new global clients from our competition. Building your personal network both internally and within our client target organisations is essential for success in this role. It’s also essential for any applicant to have a deep understanding of consumer panels, how they are utilised by our clients and the benefits of Worldpanel over the competition.

Role Description:
The focus of this role will be winning large global clients from our competitors. Initially looking for opportunities for Ad Hoc work with Mars and Kraft but building the relationship so that we can effectively win the next pitch when their contracts come up for renewal. There will also be the need to service clients outside of the G15 when there is a need for global activities. The ideal candidate will be a great relationship builder, self-motivated and an active teammate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and collaborators globally.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of Worldpanel to clients, highlighting its advantages over competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide expert advice and insights on consumer panels and their applications.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or client-facing role, preferably in market research or consumer insights.
- Deep understanding of consumer panels and their utilization by clients.
- Strong knowledge of the benefits of Worldpanel over the competition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic problem solver dedicated to achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
