We are seeking a Consumer Insight Director to join our Retail team in Ireland, leading a portfolio of key clients, including our largest retailers—Dunnes, Tesco, and Lidl.
In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performing team, driving exceptional client service, revenue growth, contract renewals, and professional development.
As a member of the Ireland business' senior leadership team, you will help shape the team's overall success and contribute to our growth strategy, while also benefiting from opportunities for personal development.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a passion for supporting others, and a track record of driving commercial growth and team development.
Main Duties and responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Retail to develop and oversee a commercial growth strategy that drives long-term success.
- Act as an inspiring leader, with opportunities to represent the business at industry conferences if desired.
- Deliver valuable insights to clients and support them in leveraging MyWorldpanel, our new data platform.
- Collaborate with experts across Ireland, GB, and Global teams, using our full suite of advanced analytical solutions to provide best-in-class insights and strategic advice.
- Lead and develop a team of two (Category Analyst to Client Manager level).
- Play an active role in the senior leadership team, driving initiatives that benefit the wider business and teams.

- A proven track record of driving commercial growth and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a passion for developing and supporting team members.
- A commercially focused attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams.
- A genuine passion for the food industry and a curiosity to explore emerging trends.
