About MeMo² (a Kantar Company):

A key part of our success is our THX. platform, currently live in the EU5, Netherlands, and Belgium. We are now preparing this platform for worldwide availability. This massive scaling operation requires a solid technical foundation, and that is where you come in.

About the job

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend, infrastructure, and automation. You won't just be writing code; you will play a pivotal role in bringing our development team to the next phase.

We have a driven, young team of developers eager to learn. You will be the hands-on senior who not only contributes directly to the codebase but also creates a professional development environment. You define the architectural lines, introduce structure, and optimize our workflows.

Your core mission: Scale our THX. platform infrastructure for global usage and automate our internal workflows.

Job Goals

  • Professionalizing the environment: Setting up and optimizing automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and introducing development best practices.

  • Scaling Infrastructure: Taking the lead in preparing the THX. platform infrastructure for a worldwide rollout.

  • Backend & Automation: Designing scalable backend services and automating complex workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Full-Stack Scope: While the focus is backend/infra, you will work across the stack, including occasional mobile development and frontend tasks.

  • Mentorship & Strategy: Balancing hands-on development with a strategic role; you will help structure the team’s work and mentor junior/medior colleagues.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with the team lead and project manager to translate business needs into technical reality.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

To help us make this professionalization step, we are looking for a specific set of skills:

  • Senior Experience: Strong background in backend development with modern languages (e.g., Python or TypeScript).

  • Infrastructure Expert: Proven experience with AWS or Azure is a must. You know how to set up and maintain robust cloud environments.

  • CI/CD Master: You are passionate about structure and have experience setting up automated deployment pipelines.

  • Broad Scope: Experience with (or willingness to work on) mobile development and frontend (HTML/CSS/JS).

  • Architectural Mindset: Understanding of databases, APIs, and scalable architectures for global platforms.

  • Personality: You are proactive, structured, and enjoy helping a team grow. You see problems as opportunities to automate.
