This individual will look after jobs related to a portfolio of clients with autonomy and will own commercial responsibility to deliver the revenue allocated to their portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, directing project teams, and working cross-functionally with support teams
  • Maintain and grow relationships with client portfolio, with guidance from their ACE Leader
  • Build strong story telling in analysis & reporting, particularly able to guide their teams towards an insightful story flow
  • Start to take an advisory role in shaping proposals
  • Start to monitor and manage financial KPIs (job budgeting and revenue recognition thru job-date accuracy)
  • Start to take an active role in people development for their juniors and/or cross-team capability building
