Main Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the design and monitoring of KPIs for different clients and solutions.
- Collaborate in defining functional and technical requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of client projects, ensuring proper execution and value delivery.
- Prepare presentations and clearly and effectively communicate results.
- Learn and apply project management and data analysis methodologies (Jira).
- Work cross-functionally with sales teams or value-added solution leads from our portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- High level of Spanish and English (minimum B2).
- Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and results orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Will Be Valued Positively
- Previous experience in consulting, data analysis, project management, or in FMCG or fashion/retail companies.
- Experience in client relations or account management.
