Executive/Senior Executive – Dashboarding (Manila, Philippines)
Role Overview
The role incumbent, as a highly competent individual contributor, with high level of proficiency, in a Project Team assigned to a specific geography, is focused on delivery – in the area of Charting. He/she/ they execute, support and document all assigned projects.
Job Goals
- Understand the problem with available data and represent it in the form of charts and graphs for clients using standard Kantar software/technology platforms as per agreed parameters. Conduct tests of significance as required.
- Responsible for execution and delivery of level 2 / Level 3 projects, ensuring required levels of accuracy and as per agreed timelines with no / minimal supervision
- Conduct significance testing to ensure required levels of accuracy
- Update line manager / Project Manager at agreed frequency especially with risk to scope, time or cos
- Deliver to defined performance metrics and competencies
- Comply with defined processes, checklists, and guidelines as per ISO manual
- Ensure adherence to defined work practices viz. Time Sheets, work status, responsiveness to queries, escalation to line manager / PM
- Interact with Key Stakeholders across departments within the cluster / country team
- Any other task as provided by the Manager or the organization at any time
Role Requirements & Capabilities
- Educated to degree level, ideally majoring in Technology courses like Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in Programming or related practice
- Intermediate Proficiency in Excel that includes ability to create charts and graphs, use formulae is essential.
- Sound Knowledge of MS -PPT and MS-Word
- Proficiency in E-tab enterprise
- Understanding of MR Industry and the different phases
- Should be able to handle Level 2 jobs independently post completion of training period
