We help organisations understand people through high-quality digital data collection. This role sits within an exciting and high-profile media measurement panel built for a major client, where accurate data and reliable processes are critical to success. As a Research Analyst, you will contribute directly to the quality, stability and evolution of this panel.

You will work closely with the Panel Data Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the panel. This includes executing core processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to ensure that the panel continues to deliver high-quality outputs. Your work will support both internal colleagues and the client, helping to maintain strong relationships and deliver consistent results.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data and is comfortable adapting to change. You will help identify trends, investigate issues, and support the development of new workflows as the panel evolves. You will also gain exposure to analytical tools and develop technical skills that support data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the day-to-day management of a media measurement panel, including executing regular operational processes
  • Analyse data trends to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate client queries and provide clear, timely responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve workflows
  • Support ongoing innovation by testing new panel features and processes

The ideal skills & experience

  • Degree in a relevant field such as market research, statistics, business or economics
  • Experience working with data and confidence handling large datasets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort identifying practical solutions
  • Confidence communicating clearly with colleagues and clients
  • Familiarity with Excel and willingness to learn tools such as SAS or SPSS

The salary range for this role is $64,300 - $75,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
