This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will partner with leading global clients to help grow their brands through deep human understanding and data-driven insight. Working across complex, multi-country research programmes in the hot beverages sector, you will shape decision-making at the highest level. What you’ll be doing

  • Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
  • Lead the design and delivery of brand tracking programmes and associated research modules
  • Translate business challenges into clear research solutions and actionable insights
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial performance
  • Lead and develop a small team while collaborating with global centres of expertise

The ideal skills & experience

  • Strong experience in market research, brand strategy, or consulting (7+ years)
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-market research programmes
  • Excellent project planning and resource management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
