This role sits at the centre of Kantar’s growth ambitions in Italy. As a Client Partner within Client Services, you will play a vital role in accelerating commercial performance across key clients.

You will connect client challenges with Kantar’s full breadth of expertise, helping organisations make smarter decisions through insight, data and consulting. By building strong senior relationships and creating meaningful commercial opportunities, you will position Kantar as a trusted strategic partner and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

This is an opportunity to shape client strategies, expand Kantar’s influence across buying centres, and ensure clients benefit from an integrated, “One Kantar” experience.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive commercial growth across assigned clients, delivering against revenue, pipeline and new business targets
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders, decision makers and influencers
  • Identify client needs, challenges and growth opportunities across industries and functions
  • Create and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities form existing clients, ensuring effective qualification and progression
  • Translate client challenges into clear, actionable commercial opportunities
  • Bring together the right experts across Global Research Group (GRG), Solutions and Consulting to deliver client value
  • Lead and support proposals, pitches and commercial negotiations
  • Expand Kantar’s presence across multiple buying centres and functions within client organisations
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting and account planning
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and influence strategic priorities

The ideal skills and experience
  • Proven experience in client partnership or key account management roles
  • Expert knowledge in marketing and brand consulting 
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consistent track record of driving growth
  • Experience managing identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities which drive account revenue growth
  • Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong networking, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of client industries and business challenges
  • Ability to connect client needs with insight, data, technology and consulting solutions
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to mobilise cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, including storytelling, presentations and proposal writing
  • A client-first mindset with a proactive, opportunity-driven approach
  • Bilingual Italian and English
