Job Title: Account Director
Purpose of the Role Lead a large-scale national quantitative research program as the senior client lead and trusted advisor. The role will focus on managing senior client stakeholders, translating research outputs, sampling outcomes, data findings and field realities into clear insights and recommendations, and presenting key updates, decisions and outcomes with confidence. The person will lead important client discussions, support strategic decision-making, manage issue resolution and ensure the client receives clear, actionable recommendations from the study. The role will also support revenue, margin, resource planning, questionnaire design, sampling, research delivery, data quality management, team performance and operating efficiency. This includes ensuring that timelines, deliverables, research quality, reporting accuracy and cross-functional coordination are managed effectively across the program.
Key Responsibility
• Strong senior client engagement, stakeholder confidence and trusted advisor relationship.
• High-quality questionnaire design, sampling approach, field execution, data quality management, analytics and reporting.
• Clear, high-quality insights, recommendations, presentations and program updates.
• Delivery of a large national quantitative research program within agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Revenue delivery, margin protection and forecast accuracy.
Experience & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in quantitative market research, consumer insights, large-scale survey programs or research operations.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase research programs with large fieldwork, sampling, questionnaire design, data quality and reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated senior client-facing leadership and ability to manage strategic discussions and escalations.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive performance through influence and accountability.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, presentation skills and market research expertise.
