Role Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support our team in the development and management of GenAI products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for GenAI products.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that will inform product development and strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product development.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to the Product Manager and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Support Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to support the Product Manager in identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on AI or technology products.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of AI technologies and trends.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Aha, Azure DevOps (ADO), and data visualization tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support the Product Manager in achieving product success.
