Our global Operations team makes sure our data is well collected, clean, and readily available. It’s a critical task: our success depends on our ability to manage the data we collect via trackers, face-to-face and telephone interviews, questionnaires, and scanners.

Field Interviewers

Our Field Interviewers recruit households and individuals to take part in our studies. Each interviewer covers an assigned area and makes sure information about participants is captured. As part of the role, you’ll also install any equipment needed and show panellists how to use it. You’ll then carry out follow-up visits to update information on participants.
Quality Control / Data Analyst

These are key roles to our business – making sure our data is accurate, consistent, and well reported. As part of our team, you’ll investigate unusual trends or patterns in data, and uncover the cause. It’s all about making sure data is reliable and high quality.
Senior Programmer

Senior Programmers write the Market Research software we use to electronically capture data from interviews. As part of the team, you’ll prepare computer tabulations to explain the captured data. Great communication skills are a must, along with knowledge of MS Visual Basic, Object Programming, SQL, and relational databases.
Operations Team Manager

Operations Team Managers keep Kantar well-coordinated. They ensure that we all work with the same processes, tools, and delivery targets, so we can excel for our customers. To join us, you’ll need knowledge of consumer research and a knack for problem solving.
