Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automated systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.

WHAT'D YOU DO:

• Identify areas within the organization that can benefit from automation.
• Design and develop automated systems and processes.
• Test automation systems to ensure they function as expected.
• Implement automation systems into the organization’s operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with automation systems.
• Regularly update and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Educate staff on the use of automated systems.
• Document all automation processes for future reference and audits.
• Stay current on new technologies and methodologies related to automation.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and apply automation solutions accordingly.

WHAT'D YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation role or software development.
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, C#
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms like Microsoft Power Automate
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Ability to integrate various systems and applications to streamline workflows
• Familiarity with cloud services like Azure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL/MSSQL
