CLIENT DIRECTOR

Summary:                                                      

Client Director for key client to support in brand building by translating meaningful data into simple narratives that will help drive sustainable brand growth

        

Accountabilities:

  • Deep knowledge of Brand building, analysis, and research methods, especially MDS.
  • Ultimate ownership of the quant and qual research designs, insight projections, and research-driven insights.
  • Creating insightful reports and presenting findings in an engaging and simple way to clients’ senior team members.
  • Mastery in utilising strategic streamlined / automated modules in overall project design, and data blending.
  • Builds in design rigor and value engineering for the client (sample, methodology, inputs, data manipulation, deliverables design, scheduling, etc).
  • Executes the project with precision and highest quality standards, quality inputs through to analysis planning.
  • Designs quality outputs - integrating automated and bespoke outputs in line with the statement of work and client needs. Exhibits precision in output briefing to optimize right-first-time charting processes and ensure personal charting efforts delivering value add.
  • Synthesis across primary, secondary, and client data sources, to extract research-driven insight. Works closely with other teams and Client Lead, to truly blend across the data sources.
  • Ensures the narratives delivered to the client from the team are of the highest quality and have consistency in message.

Client Leadership:

  • Builds positive client relationships that enable project success and impact.
  • Works with account team members to design a best in class integrated programs.
  • Applies strong discovery skills to establish clarity of the client’s briefs, priorities, timings, and objectives, so that resources are organised to deliver this correctly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrates expertise in Brand Building and research theory. Using that knowledge to lead the client proactively through the journey to be a branded house, advising on what research insights will be advantageous at each stage of the journey.
  • Adheres to the client brand guidelines in all deliveries and communication.

Commercial Leadership:

  • Drives commercial success through the application of the strategic offer in design, and excellence in execution.
  • Supports client’s strategic direction with a specific focus on sales of standardised products / automated outputs.
  • Delivers against account / project level commercial goals in line with the strategic direction of the domain e.g., streamlined designs.
  • Partnering with Client Executive leads to achieve client profitability targets / profit optimisation goals.
  • Actively contributing to driving strategic goals within the Team / Domain.

People Leadership:

  • Accelerates the learning of our analytical team creating a stronger foundation, establishing a succession plan, and boosting employee morale.
  • Can mentor others to elevate their analysis and consultative skills.
    • Embeds best practice way of working and tools and develops the team in these effective processes.
    • Builds collaborative and effective relationships with domains, teams, and functions.
    • Develops and supports the skills / knowledge of others, providing “actionable” feedback and driving accountability.
    • Sets the cultural tone and behavioural agenda and embeds the right values

  • Revenue, Net Sales, OP, KESS, KCSS Preference

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in brand management or market research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
