What you’ll be doing

  • Translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, develop program schedules, and align goals with organisational strategies.
  • Drive collaboration and communication across teams to deliver world-class solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure program success.
  • Allocate and optimize resources effectively across software development.
  • Lead software development team meetings, establish KPIs, and track program performance.
  • Manage changes in program scope and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Define and enforce quality standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Seek process improvements and conduct post-project reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance and facilitate technical discussions.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and manage expectations.

The skills & experience needed as Lead Technical Program Manager

  • Experience in a Technical Program Manager (TPM) role, responsible for managing the software development technical delivery of various products and projects.
  • Familiar working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to align technology product program goals with organisational objectives, and commitment to quality.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant technologies and proficiency in program planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to foster collaboration.
  • Ability to motivate and guide teams and manage and mentor team members.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Lead critical projects and influence technical direction.
  • Strategic planning, decision-making, and senior stakeholder management abilities.
