We are seeking dynamic Insights professional with min 12 years’ research experience to join our team! Ideal candidates for the role will take full responsibility for achieving profitability and turnover targets across an arrange of clients through a highly skilled and motivated team.

They will provide strategic and relevant marketing insights to clients based on analysis of market research data, ensuring a high quality of work whilst deadlines are met.

Minimum 12 years of agency experience in diverse set of research projects with specialization in Brand Tracking, Brand Strategy (U&A) required.

Job requirements:

Financial management:

  • A major contribution to and responsibility for the growth and profitability of your sectors/clients as a significant part of annual business plan
  • Provide solutions to overcome process challenges and drive profitable business growth whilst balancing short- and long-term organization and company’s vision
  • Accountable for achievement of annual GM and profit results
  • Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit delivery
  • Design to the budget while maximizing client spend Project management.
  • Proactively work with team and suppliers for process improvement to benefit

Client Management:

  • Accountable for overall integrity of proposal/pitch
  • Responsible for ensuring materials meet client business needs
  • Responsible for clear and accurate reports, presentations and proposals
  • Ensuring client deliverables meet client expectations and needs
  • Demonstrate thought leadership on the subject
  • Growing depth of Kantar in existing clients through ongoing research excellence and relevant expertise
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client business and market
  • Work with BD team to win with new identified client opportunities.

People Management:

  • Maintain motivation in team through clear communication
  • Lead development of account strategy and communication to the team
  • Recognise team and individual achievement (including client feedback)
  • Ensure all direct reports have objectives and development plans that support company strategy.
  • Managing a team of diverse backgrounds
  • Working closely with the Client partners and looping in necessary experts across domains with ongoing clients

Communication:

  • Responsible for consultation with key stakeholders
  • Actively listen and communicate openly with clients and internal teams
