Why this job is important

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to oversee a variety of paid acquisition channels including affiliate marketing, paid search and paid social to drive new users into our market research panels.

This job is important because you will be responsible for attracting new users to our market research panels, which are essential for providing insights and feedback to our clients. You will have the opportunity to optimise the performance of different paid channels and drive growth in the EMEA region, which is a key market for our business. You will also have the chance to work with an inclusive and collaborative team that values innovation and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include managing significant marketing budgets to drive new users in the EMEA region. Managing the channel mix to lower Cost Per Acquisition “CPA” while analysing data regularly to ensure that we’re driving the best new sign ups in each region, helping us achieve our revenue targets.

What you’ll be doing      

  • Overseeing paid marketing activities for the EMEA region
  • Monitoring performance of campaigns both in terms of costs and quality of each campaign. Campaign success defined by the right number of qualified users, and longer-term user engagement.
  • Affiliate programs including and direct partnerships
  • Managing our paid search agency and paid social agency,
  • Oversee advertising budget
  • Optimise existing partnerships while identifying and testing new partnerships to continue to meet or exceed our targets.
  • Work with internal design teams to brief landing pages and creative improvements
  • Continuously monitor campaign conversion rates through site analytical tools.

The skills & experience needed as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive

  • Experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, with skills in online advertising and marketing principles.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, Google AdWords, and other digital channels.
  • Analytical skills in campaign and channel analysis and reporting. Ability to digest and interpret large data sets.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly is critical.
  • Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with HasOffers preferred
