Kantar Media is offering an exciting opportunity in their TGI Global Operations team. A management position which expands your management, technical and research expertise and experience of working in Market Research. The role comes with a clear career path supported by relevant training and development.
This is a team management role with responsibility for a newly formed team based in Istanbul. The team will consist of Research and Production Executives who are responsible for creating TGI databases.
The successful candidate will join a comprehensive training programme and at the end of completing the training the candidate will be expected to have good overall knowledge of TGI Research methodologies, creating questionnaires, data processing methods, project management and data checking.
The role is required to work closely with your team of executives and the TGI Global Operations team based in the UK, ensuring that all databases are produced to schedule and to a high quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management: Develop the people and the team as a whole ensuring a collaborative mindset and ensuring a close working relations between all executives/
- Continuous Improvement: Looking to always develop a mindset where improvements can be made to processes and ensuring survey building process optimization.
- Training of new employees: Share your expertise by training new team members, helping them thrive in our collaborative environment.
- Relationship with the UK TGO team: A close relationship with the Head of TGI Global UK Operations and the UK management team will be forged including regular meetings and reports.
- KPIs: Business Performance KPIs in Service Delivery and Product Quality will be set out at the beginning of the year to ensure databases are delivered to schedule and of high quality.
- Escalation and prioritization: Working with your team to ensure issues are escalated when necessary and workload reprioritization is done when required.
CAPABILITIES:
- Demonstrated people management skills and aptitudes
- Detailed understanding of survey-building processes
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Working on multiple projects at the same time
- A track record of successful relationship management with partners and suppliers.
- Ability to understand technology, and to learn how systems work
- Proficient knowledge of English language, both written and oral.
