Job Goals

  • Establish Industry-Leading Standards: Develop proof-of-concept solutions, build robust documentation, and implement outstanding DevSecOps methodologies to set new benchmarks for operational efficiency and security.

  • Optimize Cloud Infrastructure: Identify and implement improvements to improve security, reliability, and scalability while reducing costs, ensuring every system is aligned with the highest standards.

  • Champion Security Practices: Design and implement comprehensive vulnerability management processes using leading tools such as Azure Defender, SonarQube, and Snyk, while actively driving remediation efforts across teams.

  • Transform Automation: Design and implement pioneering automated setup solutions with Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines, and scripting in Bash and PowerShell, enabling teams to accomplish tasks more efficiently.

  • Lead Proactive Monitoring: Establish advanced monitoring processes to anticipate and resolve system issues swiftly, keeping our platforms reliable, efficient, and trusted by clients worldwide.

  • Encourage and Collaborate: Be the driving force behind the adoption of DevOps standard methodologies, mentoring peers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting innovative strategies to engineering leadership.

  • Automation Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and ARM templates to seamlessly manage and deploy cloud infrastructures.

  • CI/CD Leadership: Demonstrable experience in crafting robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for efficient, automated deployment of applications and infrastructure.

  • Proactive Monitoring and Debugging: Proven track record of implementing advanced monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana, Azure Monitor) and addressing performance challenges with precision.

  • Embrace software security at every stage, employing Azure Defender, SonarQube, and Snyk tools.
