Role Description        

Excitingly Kantar Media has partnered with the MMS to build a new Cross-Media Measurement panel in Sweden, that will be one of the first of its kind in the world. We are looking for forward-thinking, diverse, and client-focused individuals to join our team and make this audience measurement panel a success for MMS and Kantar Media.

We are now embarking on an exciting new chapter. A new organization is being established to operate Sweden’s next-generation video audience currency service on behalf of MMS and Swedish TV broadcasters. At the heart of this effort is the creation of a cutting-edge household panel, designed to provide a comprehensive and accurate picture of how audiences engage with video content across all platforms.

Tasks & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Make recruitment calls (“call 3”) and facilitate the onboarding of panellists
  • Ensure that daily targets set for routine activities are met and to standards expected.
  • Contacting panel members to book appointments for technician’s visits which could involve a first-time installation or revisit
  • Respond to incoming calls from panel members and record the outcome of calls in the contact history database.
  • Make outgoing calls to panel members to follow up on potential compliance issues or technical faults with the metering
  • Liaising with technicians whilst in panel member homes to perform interactive tests and quality checks to prove that the metering is installed correctly.
  • Capturing information from technicians about the equipment in the panel members homes and updating into a central database.
  • Conduct various validation checks to identify any issues with data held against a home that could have a detrimental impact on data processing.
  • Perform all duties with an underlying objective of meeting of exceeding the divisions service level agreements
  • Work collaboratively with all staff within the panel management team and other business units.
  • Will work on shifts and Saturdays. Team will provide helpdesk support from 08.00am to 20.00pm during the week, and to monitor the free phone line on a daily basis, excluding Bank Holiday.

Required:

  • Previous experience of working in a helpdesk environment and any experience in an operations environment which have business critical deadlines.
  • Service Orientated: desire to anticipate, recognize and meet other’s needs. Have a full understanding of the daily priorities and quality expectations.
  • Communicator: Confident communicating with both colleagues and panel members. Be able to interpret detailed information and articulate in a way that clearly explains the status.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible to responding to business, stakeholder, and client needs. Be versatile in your approach to issues and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaboration: Work proactively with your peers and others. Understand the bigger picture and goals (help others to be clear and motivated around a goal)
  • Help others to flourish: Have a positive and pragmatic attitude taking ownership to overcome obstacles.
