Role Overview

This outstanding opportunity at Kantar involves completing quantitative research projects, working with colleagues and suppliers to ensure flawless project management. You will contribute to client decision-making, crafting meaningful business impacts by efficiently completing projects on schedule and providing accurate data. Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Conduct a series of tasks throughout the quantitative research workflow to ensure accurate data collection.
• Develop a detailed project schedule to monitor and track progress.
• Manage and coordinate internal resources and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Determine areas for efficiency improvement and propose/implement measures such as work automation in collaboration with specialized teams.
• Report and advance issues to your manager as needed.

Commercial Competence

• Proactively manage the financial aspects of assigned projects to ensure they remain within budget.
• Provide clients with clear and insightful commercial advice that drives their strategic decisions.
• Successfully implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Native or fluent in Japanese.
• Business-level proficiency in English for communication with overseas colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to ensure timely delivery.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in project management, process improvement, or work efficiency improvement is a plus.
• Experience in quantitative data tabulation/analysis is advantageous.
• Background in marketing research, marketing, consulting, event management, database development, or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, or generative AI is beneficial.
