KAUZA and Kantar's Worldpanel team (the folks who analyze what people buy) are hiring a Tooling Developer based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Goal:
They're building a new platform to give their clients much better and faster insights into consumer shopping habits. Your main job will be to help get this platform launched and then make it work globally.
Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Tool Developer to join our team in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for designing intuitive UI/UX for internal tools and dashboards, implementing frontend functionality using React and modern web technologies, and contributing across the stack with some experience in Node.js, C#, Rust, or Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive UI/UX for internal tools and dashboards.
- Implement frontend functionality using React and modern web technologies.
- Contribute across the stack with some experience in Node.js, C#, Rust, or Java.
- Work in TypeScript and appreciate type safety.
- Navigate both frontend frameworks and backend logic with ease.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid background in UI/UX design and React.
- Enjoy functional programming and pragmatic solutions over strict patterns.
- Like exploring new tools in the JS/TS ecosystem (e.g., FP-TS, Deno, Zod, Biome, TS-REST).
- Familiar with monorepos and fast-moving codebases.
- Experience with Postgres/SQL or database tools like Knex or Kysely.
- Write tests (Jest/Vitest) and care about performance, especially with large datasets.
- Moderately motivated and enjoy working in a collaborative office setting.
- Bonus: You play Magic: The Gathering, Heroes of Might and Magic, or Age of Empires 🎮.
