KAUZA and Kantar's Worldpanel team (the folks who analyze what people buy) are hiring an App Developer based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
 

The Goal:

They're building a new platform to give their clients much better and faster insights into consumer shopping habits. Your main job will be to help get this platform launched and then make it work globally.
 

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented React Native Developer to join our team. You will work closely with pentesters and tools engineers to ensure the app is both secure and insightful, while also driving long-term user engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain features such as personalized insights and visualizations of spending habits.
  • Implement secure and smooth login/onboarding experiences.
  • Create gamification and streak tracking features.
  • Develop smart product suggestions and reminders.
  • Build budgeting tools and progress dashboards.
  • Implement push notifications and local alerts.
  • Create lightweight social and sharing features.
  • Develop in-store quick-log and barcode scanning tools.
     

What We're Looking For:

  • Full Professional English Proficiency (C1 Level minimum required).
  • Strong experience in React Native and the Expo ecosystem (iOS & Android).
  • Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth, biometrics, token storage).
  • Experience building data-driven UIs and interactive dashboards.
  • Comfort with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
  • Good grasp of TypeScript and component architecture.
  • Experience with local storage solutions (e.g., MMKV, SQLite, or Firestore).
  • Familiarity with analytics, retention metrics, and push notification systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with backend, security, and UX teammates.
  • Bonus: Experience with mobile security, barcode scanning (e.g., ML Kit or react-native-camera), or gamification mechanics.
