Job Title: Head of Special Projects

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Head of Special Projects to lead strategic initiatives with a strong focus on operational impact. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between business strategy and technical execution, driving cross-functional projects and operational improvements across our global media and software ecosystem.

This role will act as a key advisor and execution partner to the TechEdge Global Managing Director, translating business needs into actionable plans and deliverables. The successful candidate will also coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, operational clarity, and timely execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional projects aligned with company strategy.
  • Drive execution and quality assurance by proactively monitoring progress, chasing outstanding actions, and pre-screening inputs to ensure clarity, relevance, and readiness for decision-making.
  • Support RFPs, tenders, and proposal development jointly with our Business Development and sales team.

Presentation & Communication

  • Work with Senior management supporting monthly financial reporting by preparing and consolidating operational data, drafting reporting materials, and ensuring accuracy and clarity ahead of leadership reviews.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Synthesize complex data and technical concepts into clear, business-friendly narratives.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on client and industry feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between commercial, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support global initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on local market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or internal strategy role, consulting, project management or financial controlling.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to interpret budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Strong interest in media planning, buying, and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in media, TV, or advertising technology is a plus, but not required.
