This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic individual to join our market-leading Customer Success team. You’ll work across our client base of media agencies, media owners, creative agencies, digital agencies and brands throughout Ireland. We’re looking for someone with a passion for media, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional account management standards.
The role is both responsive and proactive. You’ll take pride in meeting and exceeding client expectations, delivering excellent service, anticipating needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention to drive commercial growth.

2. Requirements
Experience in a professional environment, ideally in media, research, consulting, or a similar business
A strong interest in media, advertising, and the evolving digital data landscape
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
A natural ‘people person’ who enjoys building relationships virtually and in person
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce & SAAS tools
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive client success
A consultative approach to clients – as good at listening as presenting
A self-starter who proactively seeks new opportunities to learn and develop
Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to shared success
Familiarity with TGI data and the Irish media market is highly desirable
3. What will you be doing?
Your role is a key member of the TGI Ireland Team, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, TGI Ireland.
This role includes an intensive 3-month onboarding program to become an expert in all areas of the TGI business. You’ll receive:
Mentoring from senior members of the TGI Management Team
Shadowing opportunities with Customer Success, Client Services, and New Business Sales teams
Exposure to clients from week one
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Managing and growing relationships across retained and new business accounts
Attending client meetings with senior team members – from global media agencies to local publishers
Turning data into insight stories that help our clients to unlock growth
Managing client records and contracts in Salesforce
Responding to client queries and ensuring timely resolution
Delivering training sessions on TGI tools and data usage, both virtually and in-person
Supporting renewal processes and identifying risks early
Negotiating contracts and creating winning proposals
Networking across client organisations to uncover new opportunities
Using your learning to create visually compelling presentations using TGI data
Collaborating with operations to ensure client feedback informs product development
Representing Kantar Media at industry events
